Seek Systems and Wiresoft Net Announce New Joint Venture and form Aurarius, LLC. Woodinville, WA - December 13, 2004 - Today Seek Systems and Wiresoft Net announced the formation of a new joint venture. The new venture, Aurarius, LLC., will develop software that will be offered to Manufacturers, Systems Integrators and other companies interested in developing and marketing products that address the need for e-mail management and control. Seek will also offer Aurarius' first software module, the Mail Integrity Management module (MIM) with its new Defender appliance, currently scheduled for release at the end of the 4th quarter of 2005. We have spent the last 4 years developing Firegate OS, which has helped secure a number of local companies from cyber attack.
