How It Works...
When you join the Associates Program, you can link to the Wiresoft Web site using a text link or choose one or several of our online graphics
to display on your Web site/s as links. In exchange for this support, Wiresoft sends you a referral fee of 10% for each product sold to someone who found us by way of your site. One month after the end of each quarter, we will send you a consolidated check for all of your referral fees for the quarter. Once you join and place a link to Wiresoft on your site, you can just sit back and wait for the checks to roll in after each quarter.

Immediately after joining, you will be given an associate number. Link to us from any Web site by attaching your number at the end of this URL:

Because the URL you are given tells us who you are, you can link to us from any site on the Web, not just from the home page you write on the form. This allows a single associate to link to us from multiple Web sites or, a Linux Users Group can create one account for all of its members to raise funds for the group treasury.
A customer can purchase a products weeks after first visiting our Web site, and you, as an associate, will still get credit. A caveat, the customer must not have re-entered our site from another external link before making the purchase and must have cookies enabled on their browser for us to be able to grant the referral fee to the associate account. All information will, of course, be kept completely confidential.

The Fine Print
Wiresoft Net, Inc. reserves the right to change or end the Associates Program at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to reject anyone from the Program at any time and for any reason. Sites that promote violence, sexually explicit materials, illegal activities, or discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality are prohibited from joining. Wiresoft will void any account that mentions, or includes a link to, Wiresoft in any unsolicited mass e-mailing (spam).
The graphics we provide you with for use on your site remain the property of Wiresoft. They should not be modified in any way, and should be shown at their original dimensions and with their original color scheme. We reserve the right to invalidate an account if these graphics are modified or are distributed for the purpose of modification.
Qualifying purchases for program credit must be made within six months from the referral date, computed as which is the day a customer follows a link plus thirty days.
The Wiresoft Associates Program relies on cookies. Wiresoft is not responsible if cookies are not being properly accepted or returned by the customer's browser. Wiresoft is not responsible for program or computer errors.
WIRESOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WIRESOFT ASSOCIATES PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WIRESOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OR IN TORT, EVEN IF WIRESOFT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
