The Sentry must be connected to the Internet to register! The Sentry will not retrieve virus-signatures updates until the registration is completed!

IMPORTANT: Never restart or turn off the Sentry while it is initializing, his can cause corruption and may require you to reinstall the Sentry with the flash stick provided.










I get a registration error? - use the following suggestion to troubleshoot your registration process

  • Are you connected to the Internet?
  • Are you going to the Internet through the Sentry Appliance?
  • Did you correctly enter your keys? 'O' look like '0 - number zero', 'l - lion' looks like '1- number one' , 'B -Boy' looks like '8- number 8' !
  • Did the Sentry restart after registration?

The Sentry is not receiving the anti-virus updates?

  • Are you connected to the Internet?
  • Do you have a current antivirus subscription?
  • Did you correctly enter your keys? 'O' look like '0 - number zero', 'l - lion' looks like '1- number one' , 'B -Boy' looks like '8- number 8' !
